Is it really worth starting a business in high school?

so I’ve been thinkin about starting a lil online shop for custom stickers & merch. but like, sometimes it just feels like way too much w/ school, sports, and tryna have a life lol. is it even worth the stress rn or should I just wait till college? would love to hear what u guys think or if anyone’s doing this and somehow not losing it!
